I'm not gonna lie,I haven't ever really "been through it". I can't say I know what its like to be played. Most of the hurt in my relationships has been dished out by me.Am I proud of that? No. Growing pains. to anyone that was caught in my wrath:I'm sorry. I can't turn back the hands of time, so in the meantime I will be working on my karma.
While I do work on my karma I will be making the right steps not to put myself in whack predicaments. Smart people learn from their mistakes,wise people learn from others' mistakes. Ever feel like there are never enough hours in a day? As a student and worker this is often my feeling and plight. Great time management is vital to be successful at any endeavor one may undertake. Race is the biggest issue in America. There I said it. Though segregation-by definition, is over,racism is still alive and well in America. With that said, there are still great opportunities for both social and professional success in America. Rather than pout and moan about the atrocities of certain situations do something about it. racial profiling-file a police report. Unfair use of government funds-write a letter or make a call to your congressman. Get involved!! Please don't complain unless you are working towards making life better for yourself, your community and future generations. As i have been able to see a different lifestyle of folks while learning who they are and what they are made of I've come to realize that ANYTHING truly is possible. I am working on making my life and the life of as many as possible around me as golden as possible. Its hard work but I am more than willing to make it work for me.
